When I’m working on any new idea, routine, or presentation – it’s always too fat. Filled with unnecessary words and actions. Too much exposition and too much repetition. The only way to make any of it better is to edit.
Correct, cut, condense.
Revise, rearrange, redact.
I’m always willing and ready to edit - sometimes I’m successful; other times I fail. But I've never been disappointed by an intelligent edit.
